Super High Sugar Content

71.3g per 100ml. Per 30ml serve there is 21.7g of sugar, that equates to over 5tsp of sugar per glass, that's a lot. Main ingredient is cane sugar. Brought this from the baby show without looking at the nutritional info because the people selling it said it was really low in sugar. The taste is ok but not worth it.

Gold Energy Apple & Lime

I love this product. We have had a winter full of colds and other bugs, it doesn't seem to be ending. This energy drink was a godsend, when we didn't feel well it gave us the energy we needed and boost to fight off those bugs. The flavour is a perfect balance of Apple and Lime, very refreshing and tasty. I will certainly be keeping this in my cupboard, even as a general pick me up when not ill.

Not as good as the Kiwi

Lacking in a strong flavour unless you mix it with way too much of the cordial liquid, and then it tastes too sugary. Nice but not as good as some of the other ones. (The gold Kiwi is amazing)
