Raspberry Lemonade Clover
INGREDIENTS
30mL gin
1 Tablespoon QUARTERPAST Raspberry Lemonade
30mL lemon juice
1 egg white (for foam)
Ice
GARNISH IDEAS
- Fresh raspberries
- Lemon twist
Method
Step 1
Add 1 tablespoon of QUARTERPAST Raspberry Lemonade, gin, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker.
Step 2
Shake without ice for 5-10 seconds to build a smooth foam.
Step 3
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Step 4
Strain into a coup glass, and garnish as desired.
