INGREDIENTS

  1. 20mL QUARTERPAST Brown Sugar Coffee Flavour

  2. 1 Double Shot Espresso Coffee

  3. 100mL Water

  4. 60mL Cream

  5. Ice

Method

Step 1

Fill a glass with ice. 

Step 2

Brew a double espresso and pour over the ice. Top with water. 

Step 3

In a small jug or shaker, lightly whip the cream with QUARTERPAST Brown Sugar until thick but still pourable. 

Step 4

Pour the flavoured cream over the coffee so it floats on top. Serve and enjoy!
