INGREDIENTS
20mL QUARTERPAST Brown Sugar Coffee Flavour
1 Double Shot Espresso Coffee
100mL Water
60mL Cream
Ice
Method
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice.Â
Step 2
Brew a double espresso and pour over the ice. Top with water.Â
Step 3
In a small jug or shaker, lightly whip the cream with QUARTERPAST Brown Sugar until thick but still pourable.Â
Step 4
Pour the flavoured cream over the coffee so it floats on top. Serve and enjoy!
